2. Contact form
Through the contact form we process your email address, the content of your message and any other information you voluntarily include in your message.
We use this data to receive and respond to your enquiry and to conduct related correspondence.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns entering into a contract, preparing an offer or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and enquiries.
Providing data is voluntary, but an email address is necessary if you want us to reply.
3. Retention period
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and complete the related correspondence. If the correspondence results in a contract or concerns its performance, data may be retained for periods required by law and until relevant limitation periods for potential claims have expired.
4. Recipients of data
Data may be accessed by service providers necessary for operating the website and communications, in particular hosting, email and IT service providers, and only to the extent required to provide those services.
We do not sell users’ personal data.
5. Technical data and server logs
The server may automatically record technical connection information such as the IP address, date and time of the request, browser or device information and the requested resource.
This data may be processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for website security and proper operation, error diagnosis and protection against abuse.
6. Cookies and technically necessary mechanisms
The website does not use cookies for advertising, marketing or profiling and does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or comparable tracking systems.
The contact form and its security features may use a technically necessary server-side session mechanism required for the correct operation of the form and CAPTCHA protection. This mechanism is not used for advertising or marketing tracking.
If consent-based tools are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly and such tools will not be activated before the required consent has been obtained.
7. Your rights
To the extent provided by the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and, where applicable, objection to processing based on the controller’s legitimate interests.
To exercise your rights, email biuro@prospercon.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
8. Profiling and automated decisions
Your data is not used for profiling or decisions based solely on automated processing.
9. Data security
